Terms of Service

By accessing our website, creating an account, or booking any service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have read and understood these Terms, and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our services.

Relay Impact Autoworks provides automotive repair, maintenance, and car wash services at our physical location. Services offered include but are not limited to:

• Oil change and lubrication
• Engine diagnostics and repair
• Brake, suspension, and steering service
• Air conditioning service and recharge
• Electrical system repair
• Tire services
• Car wash and detailing

All services are subject to availability. We reserve the right to decline service at our discretion.

Appointments made through our portal are requests, not confirmed bookings, until acknowledged by our team. We will contact you to confirm your appointment and may suggest an alternative time if your preferred slot is unavailable.

• Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in rescheduling.
• You may cancel an appointment through your account portal at any time before the scheduled date.
• Repeated no-shows may result in restriction of booking privileges.

All prices are in Philippine Peso (₱). Service prices shown in quotations are estimates and may change based on actual diagnosis and parts required. Final charges will be reflected in your invoice.

• Payment is due upon completion of service unless a prior arrangement has been made.
• We accept cash, GCash, bank transfer, and card payments.
• Partial payments (installments) may be arranged at management's discretion.
• Unclaimed vehicles may be subject to storage fees after 7 days of service completion.

By leaving your vehicle with us, you confirm that:

• You are the registered owner or are authorized to authorize repairs on the vehicle.
• You have removed or secured any valuable personal items before drop-off. We are not responsible for lost or stolen personal items left inside the vehicle.
• The information provided (make, model, year, plate, mileage) is accurate to the best of your knowledge.

We exercise due care in handling all vehicles. However, we are not liable for pre-existing damage, deterioration of aged parts during repair, or consequential damages beyond the scope of the authorized repair.

Our loyalty program awards visit stamps for each completed and paid service. Tiers and benefits are subject to change at our discretion. Visit stamps and tier status have no cash value and are non-transferable.

• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the loyalty program at any time with reasonable notice.
• Abuse of the program (e.g., fraudulent visits) will result in account suspension.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to:

• Use a strong, unique password and not share it with others.
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Provide accurate and up-to-date information in your profile.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful behavior.

To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, Relay Impact Autoworks shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service.
• Loss of use of your vehicle during service periods.
• Delays caused by parts availability, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.

Our total liability in any dispute shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in the Philippines.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date will reflect when changes were last made. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
